Players now line up opposite each other, one is the police car and one is the sports car.
Player who is the police car then approaches the sports car on the other side, using the same characteristics as phase one.
As they apply the brakes, the hand is raised advising the sports car to slow down.
The police car (player one) then reverses in time with the forward movement of the sports car (player two), tracking thier movement (jockeying back, delaying play).
Reverse roles and repeat the process.
