2. Inside foot volleys (Left and Right = try not to lean backwards)

3. Receive the ball and dribble and pass to someone else without the ball
do two inside passes than receive and open on the third pass
(Talk about the movement off the ball, change of speed to receive the ball)
4. Chest control and half volley on the bounce
