Warm-up touches session that progresses through a series of different accepting/controling touches followed by a directional movement (small dribble or small dribble with a pull back). Both players will complete the activity before moving to the next progression (accepting touch style).
Player 1 (white) serves the ball deep into player 2s (red) triangle. Player 2 accepts/controls the ball using the designated touch and dribbles the ball across his/her triangle to breakout and then passes back to player 1. Player 1 retreates to the back of his/her triangle and the patern is repeated to the opposite side and contines for a set number or set period of time.
Change which player is serving and which is receiving and work through the progression again.
