Warm up.
This drill will increase the heart rate and warm up the key muscles to go straight into the drill.
First, keepers will be in the square jogging around, the coach which is positioned out of the square will call the following numbers which will prompt a reaction:
1. Two feet jump over the ball, and jump back over the same way.
2. Low right Dive.
3. Low left Dive.
4. Low right and left (ensure the keepers find two balls close)
5. Close down the further balls and hold position (sprint).
