Setup: 14x20yrd grid with the center marked. Divide players into 2 groups plus 1 center player. Play requires 1 ball
P1 advances the ball toward the center Central player checks to the right and receives wall pass from P1
P1 sprints around the far side of the center mark to receive the return pass from Central player
Play for 30 seconds and rotate central player
Play for desired time to run all players through central and reverse the direction
Central player waits to check to the outside until the player advances the ball and then calls for the pass
P1 try to execute the initial pass with an outside touch to increase speed of play
Central player receives the ball across body
Progression:
Add deception to the play - P1 makes a move prior to initial pass
Switch up play by P1 faking the initial and beating the player to the far side prior to the pass
