Setup: 3 cones of a single color and 2 more cones of a different color
Space cones in a triangle 7-10 yrds with the triad of different color cones at the farthest peak
Position a player at the start position with a ball and a player to receive the first pass at the axis position
P1 passes to P2 and follows the pass
P2 receives the ball across the body and dribbles to the triad of cones changes direction and passes to the next player at the starting position and play continues
Progression
assign a move per color of cone and the player with the initial pass calls a color as they pass for the receiving player to make that COD at the cone
