Make five passes in your box then switch it out to the box on the opposite side. The middle box is made of defenders who are either in the middle blocking the switch or 3 of them are in the box trying to tackle the team in possession
Defenders need to press and force a mistake while interceptors need to move as a team to block passing lanes
Attackers need to use minimal touches and move the ball quick then pass ball hard through into the other box. pass needs to be accurate and hard to get through the box
