Small sided 4v4. play with three teams. The third team becomes bumpers on hte out side, they 1 or 2 touch back to the team that played them the ball. Once a team gets scored on, they become bumpers, and the bumpers come on the field.
1) Looking for quick 1-2 passes to get by a defender.
2) Creating a diamond shape to create passing lanes.
3) Don't get stuck in one position, a team should be dynamic so they are making overlapping runs, and covering fro each other.
