The drill starts with group 1 and each player has a ball each. Group 1 player dribbles with the ball until he reaches the middle of the two cones in front of him, at this point the player traps the ball dead.
As soon as the ball is dead group 2 player runs towards the dead ball and proceeds to dribble the ball towards any of the two goals in front of him to get a shot at goal.
