Team A plays 1/2
Team B plays other side
Team C is defending
Coach sends ball into play and Team begins passing and moving to space as 1 player from Team C moves into pressure
Team A completes as many passes as possible without losing possession and can pass across to team B after 3 passes
Another player from Team C will be sent in for support after the completion of 5 consecutive passes
Once Team A passes the ball across to Team B then Team C retreats and a new player from Team C is sent to pressure Team B
Continue for a desired amount of time and rotate teams
Receiving the ball across the body into the direction of play and protecting the ball
Moving to space to create options to receive the ball
