DESCRIPTION

1 Person on each cone and rest in the circle.

Players will jog out of the circle, perform the technnique and jog back to the circle.

Intensity will gradually progress to sprinting and sharp turns.

Performers on cones will be dynamic strecthing when not feeding the ball.

Skills: Right/left foot volley

         Knee, Volley

         Chest, Volley

         Head

         Shooting technique Volley

 

Constantly swapping over performers from circle to cones.

Static strecthes after.

COACHING POINTS

Pulse Raising

Loosen up, Minds on the session

Performing technical skill with good qualty and sharp intensity, awareness. 

Surface of the foot when volleying- inside foot, side-on.

Forehead connection when heading - connection point, timing.
