Practical info;
Attackers (Red) start with the ball. The outside attacker plays the ball inside to the live the defender and then follows run into the live area. Attackers seek to score in the goal.
Defenders (Blue) must defend and adjust to the 2v1 situation. The outside defender must make a recovery run and help defend the goal & defensive area.
