PRIGRESSION 1:
- Instead of One defender, have each team with One Striker
- They can score only when striker receives ball from a half turn to go score
- When Striker gets ball the rest of team mates and opposite team can come into area
PROGRESSION 2
- Keep a striker on each end zone
- Only way to score is to pass the ball to striker and striker give a pass back to a MD to enter area
PROGRESSION 3
- Almost same as last progression but striker must pass ball back to MD and then move to receive the ball back and try to score
PROGRESSION 4
3 v 3 in the Midfield, and players can only score from a long pass outside the end zone
PROGRESSION 5
- Striker on each end zone,
- Striker can only receibe long balls in the air , to control and try to score.
