Begin with the ball. Dribble through the cones then turn and pass the ball back to the next person.
Do 10 hurdle jumps (5 each way)
Sprint round the markers to the ball.
The teams are against eachother. Try to score a goal the other player can block/tackle/shoot themselves.
Next person goes once they've had there shot.
Most points wins and does no forfeit.
Point for each goal scored. If player misses the target or shot is saved then goalkeeper gets the point.
