Set up an appropriate sized field. And place two goalkeepers on the end lines. 5 or 6 attacking players and 2 defenders.
The ball starts with a goalkeeper who distributes it to the attackers. The attackers look to work it down to the other keeper, and shoot AT the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper saves the ball and distributes and the teams attack the opposite way.
Rotate the two defenders frequently. The attacking team should have lots of success.
Emphasize whatever you want to see in the game.
