3v3+2keepers. Ball starts from keeper 1st time. Orange team attempts to score. If successful, blue players drop from field and are replaced by next group of blue who then quickly attempt to attack opponent goal. Orange must immediately transition to defense and attempt to reaquire the ball and score again. If blue misses scoring opportunity and puts ball out of bounds, orange quickly plays ball in while blue drops off and 1st blue group must jump back on to defend.
Encourage quick play on dead ball over the end line or into the goal to encourage immediate defensive pressure. Pressure, cover, delay. Look for signs which encourage attacking defensively such as turned back, head down.
