12 x 12 yard grid, one defender in the middle, 4 attackers with ball one each side of the grid.
One at a time players attempt to dribble across the grid past the defender. Each attacker will atttempt to cross twice.
After each attacker has attempted to cross twice, rotate a new defender in.
The defender counts the number of times they have succesfully won the ball.
All individual defensive principals are applied here.
Only coach the player in the middle, make corrections as you see them.
