Blue striker to press Red Centre Half. If ball is played to Red Left Back Blue striker to slide across. Blue striker must always be between the ball & the centrte circle. If Red Centre Half plays to other Centre Half then other Blue striker presses.
If Red Centre Half has full control of the ball Blue striker not too close. If either Red player takes a bad touch a sideways or backwards move then Blue striker presses closer. With this the Blue Midfield move up slightly & rest of the team squeeze.
