This is a simple dril that will improve Sammy's heading. First set out a squared area (5m by 5m) with a cone placed in every corner of the area. Then Sammy and a friend/coach need to oppositely face each other like shown on the sketch. After that Sammy's friend/coach needs to throw the football underam to Sammy's forehead, so she can start by just heading the football comfortably back to her friend/coach. After Sammy's friend/coach feels like Sammy is doing this well, then they can start to progressively make the drill harder by throwing the football higher (making Sammy jump), lower (making Sammy bend her knees), sideways (making Sammy move) and finally putting more power n your throw or making the football bounce infront of her before she has to head it. This will test Sammy's ability and prepare her for heading the football in a game situation.
To see if Sammy's heading has improve, I will again observe Sammy playing in a game situation to see if she takes what she has practiced into a game situation.
