Set up as shown with six small hurdles, one ladder, five cones and half a dozen or more balls depending on the size of the group. (the distance can be modifieddepending on the ability of the players). The players will begin at the hurdles using two feet to jump off and then proceed to the ladder which they will have to step one foot into each gap as fast as they can. after the ladder the players must now grab a ball and dribble through the cones and then pass to the other player standingin the enalty box whowill then shoot the ball towards the goal. the player who had just finished running through the course will now stand inside the penaly area and await for the nextplayer to finish dribbling throughthe cones andrecieve the ball.the player whoshoots the ball then will nowrun throughthe ciruit. This small circuit will be repeated at least three times by each player. Depending on the size of the group, you may have to set up anothertwo circuits for the drill run faster and to keep the players concerntrated on the task at hand.
