Forward 4 Players to press defence. LB/RB to press wingers (give them no space. Don't let them turn if possible. CAM show for ball and drop into assist Midfielders when in overload. LAM and RAM make diagonal movements off the ball. Drop in to help midfield and track LB/RB if they get forward.
Striker Hold up play and bring others into game. Diagonal runs.
GK to mix up play between short and long to stop team being pressed routinely.
