30x20 square
Players will now split into groups of 3 with a feeder on the outside of the square, a player on the inside looking for space to recieve the pass, but now the 3rd player will act as a passive defender to begin with putting pressure on the attacker. The attacker must try and lose their defender and play a 5 yard instep pass back to the feeder. Passes will now also become first touch. Players will rotate roles every minute.
