1. Player with the ball starts by running forward, until they reach half way between their starting cone and the next player.
2. Player at the next cone runs forward half way and gets ready to recieve the ball from the previous player.
3.Player with the ball passes it to the second player.
4.The third player runs forward half way and waits to recieve the ball.
5. Player with the ball passes it to the waiting player.
After each player passes they run to the cone infront of them and get ready to run hald way forward and recieve the ball and so on.
