Spilt group into 2 teams. Have one player start as a defender. Players can only score into the goal opposite to their starting point when they are past the red line. If the defender wins the ball they can score a point by dribbling into the box. As soon as the game has finished (by attacker scoring into the goal or defender dribbling into the box) the attacker immediatly becomes the defender and must recover into the defensive position. The defender gets the ball and returns to their team.
Progression- Attackers can now score into either goal 2 points for diagonal 1 point for goal straight ahead. Defenders score 1 point for dribbling into box 2 points for calling a team mate into the box to receive a pass.
Attackers- Attack at speed to take advantage of the defender perhaps being out of position. Inside of foot finish.
Defenders- Defensive position, side on, showing attacker away from goal, press high and away from goal, touch tight.
