This is a 3 * 1 game (3 defenders 1 attacker). 2 goals on each defending team. All players must stay in there half of the pitch that they start in.
This is designed to allow the defenders to pass and make an opportunity for the lone attacking player so they can shoot in either of the 2 goals.
Technical Points - Good control from all players. Attacker to have a good First touch and also holding onto the ball to allow a shot.
Defenders to keep possesion of the ball and not allow the attacker to get possesion and shoot at goal.
