Starting from the left the Keeper works backward round the first pole. The coach side foot's the ball through the air and the Keeper catches comfortably.
This should be repeated until the end is reached.
The process can then be reversed.
> Make sure the Keeper catches each shot. If a shot is dropped the keeper must return to the beginning and start again.
