The players on the outside of the grid are the attackers.
They must try to dribble through the grid beating the defender.
The defender is trying to win the ball or force the attacker out of the grid.
If the attacker is succesful, he turns & attacks the defender from the other side of the grid or offloads the ball to another player who then tries to beat the defender.
Work for 1 minute before switching defenders with attackers. Make sure every player gets a go at attacking and defending.
