Step 1. Player A checks into area between middle cones.
Step 2. When player A checks into the middle, player B plays a pass into them.
Step 3. Player A recieves the pass and turns with the first touch and plays the ball back to the line they came from.
Step 4. Player B checks to the middle and repeats the process. Player A runs into the opposite line.
Good first touch, open body to receive pass and make touch in the direction you want to play.
