Set up 2 teams for attacking and defending corners
Stage 1 - Attacking team need to put crosses in and take short corners etc to unopposed defenders. Defending team to have a 'target player' to collect the ball when cleared
Stage 2 - Attacking team to now attack the crosses. Defending team still need to have a target player and they need to ry and break to score.
Both teams get 1 Point for scoring. (i.e attackers can score against GK and defenders can score from a breakaway)
