ORGANISATION:
Mark out a grid is 50 x 50yrds, depending on age and ability of players. Play 7 v 7 or half a pitch with five to eight goals 4-5 yds apart.
INSTRUCTIONS:
2 teams compete to try and score goals in the gates by passing through the gate to a team-mate. Floaters can be added to help keep possession if the players are struggling to hold the ball.
SCORING:
Score by playing the ball through any goal and regaining possession. Players can't score through the same goal straight twice (players must go to another goal first).
