In a 12 x 20 yard area, create two 6x6 boxes in both long-ends with a player in each box. One player on each end starts off with the ball.
1) The players with the ball pass to the players on the opposite end.
2) The players now without the ball switch positions diagonally across the pitch.
3) The receiving players pass back to the switching players on the run.
* Pass must be brisk, accurate and into the running player's path.
* Transition must be at full speed.
