DESCRIPTION

2 teams. 1 Team on outside and 1 in the middle

Players move around inside the square and receive a thrown pass from players on the outside.

Work for 60/90 seconds them swop over

1. Head back

2. Chest control and volley/pass back

3. Knee control and volley/pass back

4. volley/pass back

 PROGRESSION

ALL PLAYERS MUST GO THROUGH CENTRE SQUARE

1. Do a sit up and head the ball

2. sit on the floor then get up and control and pass back

3. Lay Flat and control the ball and pass or head back

If you meet a player going through the centre square you must CHEST BUMP or CHALLENGE SHOULDER TO SHOULDER

Swop over after 5 mins
