Set up 3 small traingle approx 8-10yds apart
Get players into group of 4-6 (2 players must start on the first point with 1 ball
1 player needs to start inside each small triangle and the other player starts behind them.
The player with the ball passes to player B and follows the pass but swaps with the next player int the traingle.
The player that has stepped out of the triangle needs to be ready to receive the a pass.
The player receiving the pass needs to take 1 touch to control then 1 to pass
The process is repeated
PROGRESSION
Receive the pass and turn away on the 'safe side' - don't show the defender the ball
Play a 0ne-Two around the small triangle
CUT PASS - Hips facing one direction whilst pass goes in another
Receive the pass then play a 1st time one-two and back pedal to receive the ball again before playing a longer pass
Good first touch - Get the ball into position and direction where you want to play it
Receive the pass on the back foot
The player in the triangle is a static defender so need to move away from them to receive the pass
Body position when receiving the ball - Open up
Hips facing direction of the pass
Whn playng a one-two need to check over shoulders
