Alternate between the following when going over the hurdles (change every round):
1) Two feet between each hurdle, (2) bunny hops over hurdles, (3) sideways double-leg hop over hurdles
* Sprint to the white cone.
* Slalom through yellow cones
* Perform 50 mountain climbers
* Sprint to the blue cone and bound form red cone to red cone.
* Sprint to the F (finish) marker.
1) Movement speed is important
2) Keep good posture
3) Aim to jump past the cones with the bounding but stick landing before going onto next cone (focus balance)
