Player passes the ball to another player and then runs to one line on the outside of the grid. Once the player has touched a line they cannot revisit that line until all the other lines have been run to.
It gets the player used to passing and then moving straight away. In a game situation players need to pass the ball then they must move into space in the hope that they may get passed the ball again.
