DESCRIPTION

O redes dribla os cones e defende a bola rematada pelo treinador.

Variações:

  • tipo de drible dos cones: corrida em ziguezague, corrida de costas, skipping.
  • tipo de remate: volley, rasteira, proporcionar mergulho lateral.
  • bola a metro e meio dos cones, depois de dribla-los efectuar um rolamento a frente (sobre o ombro) e saltar para agarrar a bola.
  • após driblar os cones, efectuar uma queda controlada ( posição parecida ao pino, mãos no chão depois peito e por fim pernas) levantar-se e defender bola em volley.
