Purpose: To improve shooting accuracy
Set Up:
15x16 yard grid. Three cones with balls on top along 2 sides of the grid, players set in two teams off grid at red cone.
How To:
Variation 1: Players run around the middle of the first set of cones to start. Coach plays the ball to the first player to enter the grid, either to feet or space. The player then takes a shot to knock the ball off the cone (the ball that they must hit is called out by the coach, top, middle, bottom).
Variation 2: Same as before but the other team must try and win it and hit the cones on the opposite side.
Keep it moving fast, as soon as a ball is knocked down the other team start and the players that are leaving reset the balls to cones.
