Reds to keep possession. The defender is trying to win the ball and to protect it in a 1v1 against the player who gave the ball away. The defender will work for 30 seconds before changing with a player on the outside.
Session 2 (Defending In A Formation)
Area: 15m x 15m
Reds to keep possession. If the defenders win the ball, then they can score in the goal. The defenders will work for 45 seconds before changing with a Red player.

Area: 10m x 10m
Reds to keep possession. The defenders will work for 45 seconds before changing with a Red player. If the defenders win the ball, then they are looking to score in any goal.
