Individual defending team game. Blues start play and dribble to just outside the D and hit a passive shot into the keepers hands (not trying to score). From there the keeper plays out to yellow and yellow attacks the goal with the blue player trying to defend. As soon as that play concludes (OB, defender wins ball, goal, or keeper saves and controls the ball), another ball is played out to green who then attacks the same blue player. Once both sides have completed next set goes. After all players go they switch lines, yellow goes to blue, blue goes to green and green goes to yellow. Once all teams have completed each line tally up the score.
