DESCRIPTION

  • The coach hits a high catch to a player from station 1
  • Player at station 1 takes the catch then rolls the ball out towards station 2.
  • Player at station 2 runs forward picks up the ball and throws at the single stump.
  • Player at station 3 runs forward to collect the ball and stop the ball crossing the boundary then throws the ball to the wicket keeper.
