Players from each team must try tag the other player once a player is tagged they have to stop where they are and wait. To unfreeze a player one their team mates must run to the coach and fetch their team ball. Once this is done they need to throw the ball to the frozen player if a catch is taken the player is freed. If the catch is dropped the player is elimanated
