Players are stationed at each corner (blue cones). One player in the middle (red man). Ball is rolled as player runs towards each corner; player fields the ball, u/arms it back and runs to the next cone. Repeat around the square once each.
1. Quick steps towards the ball
2. Stay low in pick up and throw back
3. Change direction quickly with little steps to get to next cone
