Feeder rolls the ball out from behind the stumps. The first player in the line run sto retrieve the ball, turns and throws back to the feeder and returns to the back of the line
The feeder then rolls the ball out for the next in line.
Change up the way the children run to retrieve the ball, add in side steps, high knees and heel kicks etc.
Finish with a race.
Dont rush the throw, make sure its accurate.
Point with non throwing hand and aim to get it just above the bails
Try to pick the ball up with your throwing hand
