  • Players set up at point and cover
  • Feeder hits ball back over their head
  • Player drop step and turn to take the catch
  • They have to call each other out, depending on who is in the best position to take the catch

COACHING POINTS

  • Drop step right way - direction of catch
  • Communication clear - call each in or out
  • Hands high in catch
