Stay in the 5 groups. Set up 2 cones 10-15 yards in front of batter, approx 8 yards apart (adjust width to adjust accuracy of shot required). 1 fielder feeds the ball gently underhand to batter, who hits the ball straight between the cones. Batter starts to score runs by running to & from either cone and stumps. Any fielder retrieves the ball, then toss a catch to all the other fielders to stop the batter running.
