In this warm up we try to get the players active by combinding aerobic and stretching activities. The players will move around in the area as the coach I will call out simon says whatever I say the players will do such as touch your toes, run on the spot, high kness and running around in the area. I will also incorperate some cricket moves like diving and throwing.
