Set up a square with yellow cones 18m x 18m. On the outside of this square place red cones 5m further back.
Using one ball, each player takes it in turns to roll the ball endeavouring to get it past the other players red markers. When rolling the ball the player must not go past the yellow markers. Every goal scores a point, every save scores a point.
Start using the knee down (Long Barrier) when fielding the ball. As players progress try two handed pickups then on to single handed pickups.
