hi ! firstly consider, yourself a good fast bowler then put some marbles on pitch at good positions and try to bowled the ball on that marbles practice it daily best luck
Releasing the ball correctly is very important to maintain the control of the delivery. Also, keep you body straight and eyes focussed on the spot where you want to bowl. Focus on each delivery and do not try many things..and very importantly%3A practice, practive and practice till you can bowl 12 continuous deliveries on the same spot...
Get a handerchief and place it on the pitch where you want the ball to land. This can be done for any length and line you want to practice, but to begin with place the handerkerchief on a good line and length. Focus your vision on the handerkerchief when you look up from the beginning of your run up. Maintain your focus throughout your run up and delivery. Deliver 6 balls and keep count of the number of times you hit the handkerchief. Repeat, repeat and keep repeating until you can consistently hit the handkerchief during your "over". If you can hit the handkerchief every time then you are a genius. Most likely you will be able to hit it around 50% of the time after considerable practice.
I first watched Dennis Lillie and Jeff Thomson use this method of practice before the Melbourne Test against the WI in 1975/76. They were 8 ball overs then. Lillie hit the handkerchief 5 times and Thomson 3 times. But they were both very close to hitting the handkerchief on most occaisons. They used it on a good length and in the middle of the pitch to practice their bouncers.
Just remember that nothing comes easy and it will require committment and a considerable amount of time and deliveries, but you will improve.
