Batting - five player rotation

One player as backstop, one on each of the first 3 posts and one as batter. The batter gets fed the ball until they hit it. When they do hit it the run to first post and everyone else runs onto the next post. They player who has run from 3rd to forth is now in bat.

Batting - four player rotation

One player is batter, one as back-stop, one as first base and other deep fielding. The bowler feeds the ball to the batter. The batter gets several balls feed them to practice hitting.

Bobble Feed Catch

One player on post and another fielding deep on each shoulder. The ball is fed in with a bounce (objects are on the floor to create and random bounce trajectory). Where ever the ball bounces the closest player stops the ball and throws it in to the post.

Catch the mis-hit

Ball machine or bowler injects ball to batter who stands in batting box with a cone. The cone is used to deflect the ball backwards or the ball is missed and goes directly backwards. The backstop throws the ball directly to first base. First base stumps post and throws ball to bowler.

Communication in the Field

One player on post and another player on each side deep. The ball is fed in. If the ball goes to the middle then the middle player gets it. If it goes left the left player gets it If it goes right the right player gets it. The player with the ball rolls it back to the feeder. After a set amount of repetitions players rotates.

Fielding and throw to post

Ball injected to backstop who catches the ball and throws it to first base and follows the ball to first base. The back stop player is then replaced by the next player queuing in the line. Player at first base collects ball and puts it into the machine before joining the backstop line of players.

Fielding Rotation - Catch and Follow

One player is fielding deep. The ball is fed to them to catch and then throw to post. They player who caught the ball follows the ball to the post and the player on the post runs the ball into the feeder. Players rotate.

Stop the ball - Cover Fielding

Two cones are placed left and right in front of the feeder. Ball is fed into play. The closest player creates a wall to stop the ball and the other play backs up the first player. The ball is then thrown to the post and the ball thrower follows the ball to the post.

Touching the Post Practice

Players are on two posts. The ball is fed to the player on the first post who touches their base with the ball then throws the ball to the next base. This player touches the ball into the base and runs with the ball back to the feeder.
