Teach Wheeling Leg Kick Progressions Grasp both sides of the apparatus, keeping arms straight. Kick legs into a wheeling action around, over or down from apparatus. Around the end of low apparatus

Gymnast adopts 'take-off' position for overswing. Hands on corners and head below box top Supports, in a kneeling position, show hand placement. Near hand to shoulder. Far hand to small of back.

Draw a clock face on the mat with with numbers 1 to 12. Place foot at the nos 3 position. Lunge into the circle taking weight on the hands. Exit with feet at nos 12 and 1.
